Terms of Service

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Ammo Studio, the web studio that makes Jimmy ("Ammo", "we", "us"). They cover your use of Jimmy at justtelljimmy.com and app.justtelljimmy.com. By signing in or using Jimmy, you agree to them.

How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Jimmy

You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding agreement. If you use Jimmy for a company, you agree to these terms for that company and confirm you have the authority to do so; "you" then means the company too.

Use Jimmy only on Webflow sites you own or are authorized to manage. If you reach Jimmy through a web studio that works on your site, your agreement with that studio covers its services; these terms cover Jimmy.

2. Your account and its owner

Each account has one owner. The owner approves and publishes changes, manages billing, and decides who else joins. The owner can invite members, who can ask Jimmy for changes but cannot apply them, and viewers, who can look and comment.

Keep access to your email and sign-in secure: anyone who can open your email can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at help@justtelljimmy.com if you think someone has used it without your permission.

3. What Jimmy does and does not do

Jimmy is an AI that edits your Webflow site. In practice it:

  • connects to your site through Webflow's own permission screen, with access you authorize and can take back;
  • reads your site so it knows what is there;
  • proposes edits when you ask in chat or drop a pin on a page;
  • saves each change in Webflow without publishing it, keeps a snapshot from before the change, checks the change after, and can undo it;
  • checks your site for speed (using Google PageSpeed Insights on your public address), broken links and build quality, and reads your public home page every five minutes to see that it is up;
  • writes in your voice from the brand voice you save and the files you upload.

Jimmy never publishes your site on its own. Nothing goes live until a person on your account clicks Publish. You decide what is published, and you are responsible for what you publish, including its accuracy and whether it is lawful.

Undoing a change that is already live puts the earlier version back in Webflow, and that version goes live when you publish again. Jimmy cannot undo changes made outside Jimmy.

Jimmy does not give legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and nothing it writes is that advice.

4. AI output can be wrong

Jimmy uses an AI model to read your site and write changes. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when it sounds sure. Review every change before you publish it. Site checks and the uptime monitor are a help, not a guarantee: they can miss problems.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Jimmy to:

  • work on a site you are not authorized to manage;
  • publish anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • upload malware, or files you have no right to share;
  • get around Jimmy's limits, plans or security, or reach data that is not yours;
  • reverse engineer Jimmy, copy it, or use it to build a competing product;
  • overload Jimmy, or reach it by automated means other than its own features;
  • resell Jimmy, or give others access to it, without our written agreement.

One free trial per company and per Webflow site. Opening extra accounts to get more trials is not allowed.

6. Your content and the license Jimmy needs

Your site, its content, your chats and pins, and the files you upload stay yours. You give us a license to host, copy, process, change and show that content only as needed to run Jimmy for you: to read your site, propose and make the changes you ask for, keep snapshots, run checks and support you. This includes sharing it with the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, such as the AI model provider, for that purpose only. The license ends when your content is deleted.

Jimmy does not use your content to train AI models.

You confirm you have the rights to the content you give Jimmy. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

7. Plans, trial and billing

  • Trial. 7 days from your first connected site, with up to 5 changes. No card is needed to start. If you choose Pro during the trial, your card is charged when the trial ends.
  • Pro. $299 a month, or $2,990 a year (two months free). Pro includes unlimited text and CMS changes and 3 human edits a month. Monthly Pro includes one site; each extra site is $149 a month on the same subscription, prorated. Yearly Pro includes 3 sites.
  • Human edit packs. 3 human edits for $199, on Pro.
  • Enterprise. By agreement, after a call.

Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may apply where the law requires. Payments go through Stripe, under Stripe's terms; Jimmy never sees or stores your full card number.

Renewals. Pro renews on its own each month or year, and is charged at the start of each period, until it is cancelled. If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.

Cancelling.The owner can cancel any time from Plan & billing. Pro then runs to the end of the period already paid and is not renewed. Payments are not refunded for part of a period, unless the law requires it.

Pausing. Instead of cancelling, the owner can pause Pro for a month at $0. Jimmy makes no changes while Pro is paused, and Pro starts again on its own when the month is up, or sooner if the owner resumes it.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again. If it still cannot be collected, Pro ends and Jimmy stops making changes until a plan is active again. Your site and your history stay.

8. Human edits

A human edit is up to an hour of a person's work on your site from Ammo's team, with one revision, for a change bigger than Jimmy's text and CMS edits. You ask the team for one. If a request needs more than a human edit, the team tells you before doing more and can offer a quote. Human edits follow the same rule as Jimmy: nothing is published without your click.

9. Third-party services

Jimmy works with services that have their own terms, which apply to your use of them:

  • Webflow. Your site lives on Webflow. Jimmy reaches it only with the access you authorize there. We are not responsible for Webflow's service, its outages, or changes Webflow makes to how its tools work.
  • Google. If you sign in with Google, or connect Google Analytics or Search Console, Google's terms apply to your Google account. Speed checks use Google PageSpeed Insights on your public address.
  • Stripe. Stripe processes payments for Pro, extra sites and human edit packs.

10. Availability and changes to Jimmy

We work to keep Jimmy running, but it may be slow or unavailable at times, including for maintenance or when a service it depends on is down. Jimmy will change as we improve it. If we remove something you pay for in a way that matters, we will tell you first.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Jimmy at any time. The owner can ask us to close the account from Settings or by email at help@justtelljimmy.com, and can export the account's data from Settings first.

We may suspend or close an account if it breaks these terms, puts Jimmy, other customers or anyone's site at risk, is not paid for, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

When an account closes, access ends and its data is deleted as our Privacy Policy describes. Your Webflow site stays yours and is not touched. The sections on your content, disclaimers and liability, indemnity and governing law continue after an account closes.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Jimmy is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including any implied promise that Jimmy is fit for a particular purpose, will be free of errors, or will be available without interruption.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Jimmy is limited to what you paid us for Jimmy in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if that is more. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

13. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, what you publish, or your use of Jimmy in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change matters, we tell the account owner by email or in Jimmy before it takes effect. Using Jimmy after that means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. Any dispute about these terms or Jimmy is settled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and Ammo Studio agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
